because of guests, we had our dinner at the famous crab-eating place near the sibu bus terminal at pahlawan... as usual, we ordered the famous dishes there... one of them was their version of philippines pig trotter...
we also ordered the bidin... in red wine but that did not taste as it should... probably they did not put in enough red wine...
the center-piece of our dinner.. the famous crab... these were cooked in egg sauce... it has since increased in price... but still worth it... there were many people there for a thursday...
truth be told, the black pepper one tasted better.... one complain.. the meat was a bit on the tough side...
