while in taiwan... i tried this burger introduced by moss burger .... it was made with scallops...
the burger was sandwiched in between two rice patties and has a japanese-type sauce... it was really yummy... the scallops were naturally sweet (as far as i could tell)... i don't know if the offer is still available...
