this is an update... HP after their bravura to call me and apologize for their lack of delivery standards and wanting to shout me out for a apologetic dinner... either renegade on their promise or just forgot...
truth be told... i am still a bit pissed at the delivery... and them not calling or making that appointment makes me wonder about the professionalism that they are trying to portray...
well... i am not that bothered with the meal but the meaning attached to it... them not calling has just put their services down to another low point...
like i said before... CAVEAT HP EMPTOR... hahaha
