HP finally made some form of apology... but it was a total mess... i thought a representative would host a apologetic meal of sorts... that did not happened... he came round after work to deliver a package as a form of apology...
when i opened into the box... NO... it was not a computer... but a jacket and a polo-T...
their regional manager called again... to apologise again... whatever... by now i am deeply questioning my worth as a customer....
i am worth but a jacket with HP and the BMW signs on it?
and...
a polo-shirt with the HP sign??
and believe it or not, they are not even my size....
the jacket was XL...
and the polo-shirt was a L...
both were too big for me...
so basically that was it...
my worth to HP...
and what about the time/effort/money i spend to bring back the PC package home??
next time... re-consider if you are thinking of getting HP...
