i called 1300 88 9515 up to make a complaint at around 4.40 pm after my connection dropped at around 4.30 p.m.... half way into talking with them, my connection suddenly resumes back to what we normally experience... around 20-30 kbps download... even though i am on the supposedly 1MBPS downloads...
it is very frustrating to have to experience this on a regular basis.. especially on the weekends...
i continued to do the test using tm's own tool... it recorded these results in terms of download speed... 693.52, 610.08, 640.4 and 637.4...

then i connected to deconnexion's speed test was of 658 kbps download and 247 kbps upload... way down than the promised speed....
what to do... we can only bear with the constant interruptions...
