1 small sweet potato and 1 yam
1 small tomato
few slices of cucumber
little bit of greens from a stalk of celery
2 pieces of ham
3 sticks of beef satay
some satay sauce
1 egg
3 pieces of toast
we'll prepare the sides first...
cut the sweet potato and yam into slices and drizzle some oil on it...
mix it well and send to a pre-heated 200 degree celcium oven for 20 minutes...
our sandwich filling...
warm some oil in a pan...
fry the egg, ham and three skewers of satay in the pan...
thinly slice the cucumber and tomato... pluck the leaves from the stalk of celery....
next, toast the bread...
once toasted, lined the cucumber, tomato and the celery on the bottom layer...
cover it and then move on to the next layer...
line the second layer with the ham...
then the egg...
and the satay and the satay sauce....
cover... serve with the baked sweet potato and yam...
cut in half... it looks like this...
bon appetite...
