apparently, sarawak is now installing wifi all over the state...
its initial coverage spans most of miri and a big area in mukah...
all you need do is to register... i haven't try yet.. in sibu, it is limited to the town area...
so maybe i'll go round to try it out over the weekend...
in sibu, as of 12th july, the covered areas are: sibu gateway area, area surrounding tanah mas hotel, sibu town square... and coming soon: area around paramount hotel and area around sibu port...
free wifi.... for a trial of two years...
doh!!! i am bound to streamyx for 2 years...
