i had a craving for yogurt today... it was hot...
this is nestle bliss... a range of fat free yogurt... i got the stawberry flavor...
see... it says there on the cover... fat free... hahaha...
actually that is a misnomer... fat free does not mean sugar free... if the food is fat free... then it is taste free... er... ie tasteless... ahhaha... so they pump in lots of sugar...
this one also claims to contain calcium to strengthen bones... correct me if i am wrong but it will depend on the situation as well... too much calcium will cause your bones to be brittle too...
anyway, i was not at all that bothered to look at the nutritional information plastered on the back... in colors...
but this live culture is sure a fast acting agent... i ate around lunch time... after work... i.. er... had to rush to the toilet... ahhaha... and still feeling the effects now... hahahaha
i know... this picture is a bit blur... i took a few and it still came out this way... what to do??
anyway... the strawberry inside tasted like jam... i am guessing they mix the jammed strawberries into the mix... to make it the flavor that it is...
i still miss the yogurt from australia.. and japan...
